   Primary cerebral
   Systemic neoplasm

   Cerebral contusion
   Subdural hematoma

   Cerebral (e.g., meningitis, encephalitis, HIV, syphilis)
   Systemic (e.g., sepsis, urinary tract infection, pneumonia)
